TERMS OF SERVICE


AGREEMENT
The Worldwide Company, a product of the Team Bros Company LLC ("Team Bros"), operates at www.theworldwidecompany.com and is affiliated with Team Bros Company LLC, which operates at www.shopteambros.com. By using the Worldwide Company website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

PROPERTY

All of our site content is designed by our teams and we don't comply with people who recreate and distribute copies of our own made products and services. By using our site you abide to our Terms of Service which means you agree to not change, edit, distort, recolor, or reconfigure The Worldwide Company or Team Bros logo. Our logo can be presented if needed for credit but can't be copied and recreated for another web page if agreed to our Terms of Service.

SITE CONTENT
The content on our website is designed for use exclusively on our web pages. Unauthorized use of our content on other websites is not permitted. Subscribing to our services does not grant permission to copy or reuse our content under another name.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM
The Worldwide Affiliate Program awards 20% of the revenue from the initial purchase of a subscription, specifically the first charge for the first month of the customer's subscription. Affiliates will not receive any commission from subsequent charges for the same customer.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
The Worldwide Pro, Worldwide Premier, and Worldwide Max subscriptions are subject to change at any time. The benefits listed on product displays may differ from what is actually included in the subscription, and some descriptions may be misleading.

SERVICE ACCESS & COMPATIBILITY
We are not responsible for users' inability to access Worldwide Pro, Worldwide Premier, or Worldwide Max directly through our website. Users can always access these subscriptions via the provider "Gumroad" using the email used at checkout or by signing in at www.gumroad.com. These services are compatible only with Mac, desktop, and Windows devices. Refunds will not be provided due to compatibility issues, as purchasing the product indicates agreement to these terms.

PRICING & BENEFITS
All Worldwide services, including Worldwide Pro, Worldwide Premier, and Worldwide Max, are subject to change. This includes pricing, product benefits, and the number of benefits offered. Benefits may increase or decrease after purchase, and changes may apply based on the user's location.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Worldwide Pro, Worldwide Premier, and Worldwide Max may support services not affiliated with The Worldwide Company or Team Bros Company LLC. We do not act as a payment bridge and are not liable for any content users create through these services.

CONTENT LIABILITY
The Worldwide Company is not responsible for protecting any content created by users through our services. Users are fully liable for any copyright issues that may arise. We do not provide copyright protection or assistance.

REFUNDS
We are not required to provide refunds for purchased services unless a valid reason is provided and deemed acceptable by our team.

GROWTH GUARANTEE
The Worldwide Pro follower, subscriber, and viewership guarantee is not a guarantee of actual growth. It means that the tools provided should enable users to achieve growth based on their own decisions and actions.

PURCHASES
Purchases made through our website may be transacted through a third-party service. Users must adhere to the terms, guidelines, and policies of the respective service provider. Product benefits may vary by location.

PRIVACY
We collect only the name and email of customers who purchase Worldwide services. All other information, including payment details, is processed securely by Gumroad. We may use customer content submitted for service delivery purposes and will never share this information without prior notice.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By using our site and services at www.theworldwidecompany.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. You also agree not to take legal action against our company based on the terms outlined above.

PRIVACY AGREEMENT

 

The only information we use from a customer's purchase of "Worldwide Pro" is the buyer's entered name and email. We do this because it helps us reach out to the customers if there are any apparent problems. All other information such as credit, debit card numbers, billing addresses and checkout information are processed through our purchasing partner Gumroad and none of that information is bestowed to us and is secured by them (once again, separate from the email and name provided for the order in checkout, we do not have access to any of the separate information you provide within our subscriptions checkout page). After one's purchase of our "Worldwide Pro" subscription, they gain access to a dashboard of features in which they can choose to have personalized content tailored to their specific needs and submitted to us for analytic review and editing. In this case, the user themselves grants us full permission to use their content provided within their submission to review and collect information for service delivery purposes within their subscription. We will never share the information you send with anyone else without informing you before doing so. And in that case, it would only be informing you of a transfer of agent's within the company and never would be transferred outside the company.

AGREEMENT OF THE ABOVE IS REQUIRED FOR THE USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES AT www.theworldwidecompany.com AND OUR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES - BY USING OUR SITE, YOU AGREE TO THEM.

All in it's complete form, our Terms of Service is an agreement by the user for use of our services to not take any legal action against our company for any of the reasons that they have agreed upon and to in continuation above.
